Supply & fit late model or re-conditioned engine with warranty

Jeep Cheerokee 1996, present engine has piston big end knock. In need of replacement engine. Would like experienced, competent mechanic or company to supply and fit new re-conditioned engine or low k engine under warranty. Would require courtesy vehicle while work is being carried out as this is my work vehicle.
