Our 1930ish bungalow has just had fake brick cladding removed to uncover the original rimu weatherboards. Overall they are in good condition but some window sills etc need repairing. We need someone who has had experience working on this style of house and someone that is resourceful as the sills are not standard stocked items these days. We also need a quote to do a new bathroom but this will be 'phase 2'!
