Gas oven and extractor fan

Our gas stove top often takes a few seconds to ignite and then will burst into life quite dramatically. Our oven that is connected to it only works on the grill setting, all others will blow the fuse box. Our extractor fan also only works periodically. Really appreciate your help!

Continous gas hot water system is tripping the circuit breaker

Half phase of my house is tripped off and there is no electricity in the down lights. When I switched off my continous gas hot waster system and turned on the circuit breaker everything is fine. I tried switching the gas hot water system back on and circuit breaker tripped again.

Feel like the unit isn't working as it should be, still heats but can seems to stick on speed 5 not variable. Also notice the flame tends to flash and can take a while (30secs to a min) to actually come on once the unit has recognized it needs to run to heat the room on Auto.

Bosch gas water heater issues

We have a Bosch gas water heater and the water goes cold between 6pm-8:30pm in the evening. It used to only happen once a month so I never really worried about it, but it has been going cold for 3 nights in a row (so far). I am home during the day so I know the water is usually hot except for this period. We also have a gas stove which always works so it is not a supply problem. I think it was installed by the previous owners at least 5 years ago.
