Disconnect and removal of gas fire place

At this stage we are exploring installing a wood-burner. We need a quote as to cost of disconnecting and detaching the current gas heater to make space for the fire place. If removal is included in quote that's great - please itemize, otherwise we can take the heater to the tip ourselves. I would assume this is a fairly straight forward job, but keen to hear from an expert.

Ignition on gas hob not lighting gas

The ignition switch is igniting but I think there is a bit broken off so it only randomly lights the gas. Has been like this for a long time but I've just used a gas lighter. But house is sold, and new buyers want it fixed ... if there's a 'quick' fix would be awesome, if not, tell me what needs doing.

Installation - Rinnai Ember 600 (including gas and power)

Install Rinnai Ember 600 in existing open fireplace. Have gas mains to house. Would like pricing and timing. Looking to purchase unit, flue, etc in the next two weeks (to take advantage of sale price). Chimney flue is 250mm x 300mm approx. Opening is 610x610mm. Removing bricks at side and 1 layer at rear will provide required enclosure dimensions.
