Build Fireplace

I am having a rinnai gas heater (neo inbuilt) re- installed and this requires a fireplace / cavity surround installed in accordance with the rinnai installation requirements. I have a gas fitter for the installation, this job is only for the building of the surround and installation of the flue. Photo is of the old set up and the current status of the space. Work to take place in mid September
