Continous gas hot water system is tripping the circuit breaker

Half phase of my house is tripped off and there is no electricity in the down lights. When I switched off my continous gas hot waster system and turned on the circuit breaker everything is fine. I tried switching the gas hot water system back on and circuit breaker tripped again.
