Require the removal of a rinnai gas heater. In living room, approx. 2m of internal gas piping to be removed and capped off at exterior wall. Internal pipe work fully accessible. Require make safe of exterior gas bottles. Gas heater to be retained for on sale or if interested by tradesman.
