Rinnai Infinity is tripping the circuit breaker

Half phase of my house is tripped off and there is no electricity in the down lights. When I switched off Rinnai Infinity and turned on the circuit breaker everything is fine. I tried switching Infinity back on and circuit breaker tripped again.
