Vander has recommended a water proofing company, for the next stage of the job, so will be getting in touch with them shortly. The sealing of the outside windows that Michael did is very tidy, as previously there were massive gaps around the outside of these window frames. This will help to prevent any moisture coming into the room and garage. Thank you Vander and Michael😃

Good result, happy with the recommendations around which products to use. And good level of workmanship. Not so good on communicating how long the job would take overall and how many days of access would be required, and arrival times etc. I was often pointed towards contacting Logan's contractor directly rather than sticking with Logan as the single point of contact which felt like I was doing more of the project management than I would have preferred.
