FENCING 1) - Timber pailing Size is approx 54meters long x 1.8m high. We also need two gates at 1.8 meters high and 1 meter wide on the side of the house. Nice Timber Fence with caping on portions to make it a little more upmarket than just standard.

Our bathroom will need to be re-gibbed (I think) with a heating/ventilation system installed. Flooring is okay as are both the vanity and the bath. Will however need a new shower head and would like a door on the bath (instead of the curtain).

Rotting passageway

My house has some rotting flooring in the passage which may be caused by a leak from the shower in the bathroom. The floor is uneven and a bit soft to walk along over a distance of approximately 5 metres, I would require this section of the flooring replaced.
