TLC for Property Exterior

1. Erect new fence. Not sure of exact measurements yet, but needs to go along the front yard boundary and along the side of the driveway to create a private front yard area. 1.8m high and maybe 10m long on one side and 8 metres along the other side. Basic but attractive fence, painted. 2. Handy man / builder to do some basic remedial work on the exterior of weatherboard house before it is painted. (Have painter organised). Also wish to convert a garage which is currently a sleep out back into a garage. This will involve taking out a wall to replace with a garage door and removing another wall inside which was put up to separate into two rooms. 3. Landscaping - to create a nice looking, cost effective, outdoor area at front and back of house. Look forward to hearing from people who are in a position to move quickly. I am a property trader so need to work with people who can get the job done in good time, be reliable etc. Thanks!
