Carport Repair Required - Rotten Wood Beams

Our carport requires repair due to front beam rotted through, and side beam on the corner is just starting to rot. The whole front beam needs to be replaced, the difficult part is that the carport wasn't built straight, so the front wood beam is connected to the post but the right side beam is not, it is connected to the front beam (the third image shows the beam bolted to the right post). Repairs Needed.

We have a leak in a monolithic home that needs a repair. There is a board running along the top of the outside wall under the spouting that has a small amount of rot in it. We have a high moisture reading and would like to get this repaired asap as our house is in the market to sell. There is also a waste water pipe that come out of the wall that needs sealing and repainting (paint supplied). The bathroom also nees a little bit of sealer between the bath and tiles.

Previous tenant patched over rotten fascia/soffit incompletely, guttering has become blocked and dripped up backwards into cavity, rotting board near guttering, large amount of bird nesting material inside cavity when removed.
