Previous tenant patched over rotten fascia/soffit incompletely, guttering has become blocked and dripped up backwards into cavity, rotting board near guttering, large amount of bird nesting material inside cavity when removed. Some solid wood remaining, splice possible. Section of fascia and soffit need replacing, guttering looks solid once cleared.

Communication was solid, job completed to agreed timeline and outcomes, neat and tidy and estimate was accurate. Overall really easy to set up times and get the work done - would recommend and will use again in future!
