Remedial work - save my house!

Difficult job to post here but I have a house that has - whatever the opposite of 'good bones' is - in various places. This will be one of several jobs to sure up some of the dodgy construction of the past (hopefully!). In this case one of our bedrooms has been extended in the past and the extended section is now suffering from sagging floors and most alarmingly new cracks in one corner suggesting something is shifting or sinking. Floors were made of some kind of particleboard which has got moist and saggy over time. Ultimately, I need to do whatever it takes to fix this as best we can so things are level and solid and whatever protections are put in place from this devolving again. Would love to find someone who can fix this and then maybe work on the myriad other jobs that may bring this house up to scratch.
