Window Joinery repair + Rangehood extract through wall

We have an old 1960's built home. The wall cladding is an old weatherboard with a steel cladding over.(believe this was done to avoid mainitaininence of Timber W/B) One of the windows is leaking, not sure how much of the frame is damaged, needs to be checked out & fixed. We also require a rangehood duct to be taken out through the external wall and flashed/sealed etc to suit
