We are after an extention to the rear of our house. It would need to be a weather board construction with second hand wooden joinery to match 1920's house. There is a new exisiting deck which we would like to build on top off measuring 3.8 x 4.5mtrs approx. We also need a stud wall put into current living room to create bedroom. What we need is initially gib fixing and stopping throughtout around 100sq m -all 2.4 stud and we have the gib already. complete all the architraves and assoc trims - we have most already as well.
