EXTENSIONS I want to do extensions in two different areas. 1. We currently have a two storey/slip level house. One of the bedrooms is upstairs which I was to extend. Since its on a slip level I will need to build over the garage and run stairs from the existing bedroom. Will also need to make this a ensuite with a walk in wardrobe. 1) Additional Bedroom: Size Approx: 35sqm 2) I also like to add a lounge downstairs and make that the main entrance to the building. Our main lounge is upstairs so will need to have stairs running upstairs Size: approx. someone to view to get a better idea 3) Change the existing balcony 4) There are hairline cracks on our exterior cladding which I think is harditex. So will need someone to look at this. Thanks
