I am buying a house which was built in 1982 and has Cedar cladding that has been let go. It needs cleaning, restoring and an oil product applied. Scaffolding will be required as it is two story. I would like to get an estimate of the cost.

Repair internal wall after recesses removed

In preparation to re wallpaper my lounge I require a tradesman to repair the internal wall where 2 wall recesses and scope heater have been removed. Photos attached show the hole in wall where the larger recess and scope heater have been removed and the other recess which is to be rmoved. I thought I had someone lined up who can longer come. So job has bevome urgent due to wallpaperer/painter due 18 June.. Pref work to be completed by 20 June.

Stud Wall and door jamb

Kitchen removal, wall removal between kitchen and dining. New bifold doors installed to outside from dining,new bifold window in kitchen installed. Bathroom gutted, relined and replaced. Ceiling in two bedrooms replaced. New deck built.

Water-damaged kitchen and laundry repairs

I need joinery repairs to the kitchen, floor replacement possibly required to kitchen and maybe laundry, wall linings in laundry and floor tiles in kitchen and laundry. This is a result of gradual damage form a leaking washing machine tap in the wall. A number of other small jobs also: repair cupboard door to laundry tub, seismically restrain hot water cylinder, fix small door to under the house, replacing damaged shower head. Job needs to be completed by May ---

2 x built in wardrobe joinery, for bedroom and hallway cupboard. White Both are less than 2m in width and ceiling height. Bedroom to have 2 drawers at the bottom with doors that open out. Hallway needs sliding doors and shelf units in the majority and one small hanging area. Would need a measure, quote and make.

New ceiling and insulation in bedroom.

Supply and install GIB and insulation for upstairs bedroom ceiling. Room is approx 30 square meters. The ceiling steps down at one side of the bedroom, we would like this sloped instead of stepped. I will demolish and dispose of existing ceiling and remove any nails etc.

Remove and replace gib, replace rotting kitchen cabinet

Appears to be mould from leaking laundry tap in laundry, rotting kitchen cabinet through the other side of the wall, may need to replace cabinet and regib once possible leak in wall is fixed.
