Wooden box for TV

Need a 3 board shelf/box to sit fixed on top of a set of drawers. And then for a fast screen t.v that is on a moving bracket to be fixed to the shelf. Might make more sense when you see the pics. 65cm L x 36 cm D and H tbc

Concret retaining wall and fence repair/reconstruct

The existing concrete retaining wall between neighbouring properties, needs repairing and part of it needs replacing. The existing fence needs removing and a new fence needs constructing. The existing concrete posts are sound and the replacement fence will be the same as the existing one; wooden rail top and bottom with netting between.

Laying new floor

1 We need a wooden plywood floor 3 x 6 metres - this is an existing building at a lower height than kitchen. It will need piles to bring it level with main house and deck. 2 Framing for Ranch slider, and removal of old window and fitting door.

Barge board replacement

Repairs on Gloucester

Extension of wooden fence.asap Ply wood removed from ceiling and all walls in bathroom see if anything hiding. Replace joice under shower which has been cut to fit plumbing.asap Possibly installing a window and ranchslider once all above completed

Pergola Extensions

We want to bring the gable end out another 2.5m x 5m and cover the new extension with 50 x 20 mm rough sawn lap. We also want to add to the side as a flat roof structure a 2.7 m x 7.5 m extension as well as a 5.3 x 2.5 m extension (flat roof). The rafters are 200 x 50 mm and the posts are 200 mm rounds. The existing height to the top of the posts is 2.2 m.

FIX UP DIVIDER

WE ARE AN EARLY CHILDHOOD ORGANISATION THAT HAS A LARGE ROMPUS ROOM THAT WE WANT TO DIVIDE SO THE YOUNGER BABIES ARE IN ONE AREA FROM THE OLDER BABIES. WE HAVE A FENCE TYPE DIVIDER THAT WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO COME AND ERECT SECURELY AS THIS HAS BROKEN AWAY FROM THE WALL.AS AN ADULT GATE TO GET THROUGH.

Driveway Soldier Piles

Cladding removal and paint

We need some 1970's cladding removed from the front portion of the house. It was installed with battens over existing weatherboards which were in good condition at the time of installation. Following removal, holes will need to be filled and the entire frontage painted. Mostly single-story.
