Looking to add an extension to kitchen/dining area

We'd like to extend our 1910s weatherboard bungalow across part of the back of the house. It would be approximately 10m2 in total, so with new french doors and windows. The roof line will extend what's already there. We're looking for a full service if possible (to deal with drawings/permits and build) - anyone who can also help us with a new kitchen would be a bonus! New Outdoor area

We need an upstairs balcony extended, with a set of stairs coming off them. In this same area we need a pergola structure built, and an outdoor fireplace. We have plans done by an architect and engineer for the addition. The upstairs balcony and stairs will need a balustrade system installing. This work is on a 2 year old large family home.

Single garage reno

2 walls gone

I would like to have 2 internal load baring walls removed between lounge and kitchen. I am looking for a builder that is willing to carry out the structural work and building consent only. In order to keep costs to a minimum I wish to carry out all finishing work myself. One wall is approximately 2m and doorway and the other is approximately 3m and a doorway.

Lining Inside of Garage

Hi we are wanting the inside of our garage lined with 18mm mdf or something like that. There's just the two sides that need to be done which comes to about 25sq meters in total area. I would prefer whatever board we go for to be screwed and not nailed so a auto screw gun would be of big benefit. I'm more than happy to help out if an individual wants to take the job on and needs a hand in doing so... but it would have to be either Friday or in the weekend. On the price side... I have no idea what...
