Water-damaged kitchen and laundry repairs

I need joinery repairs to the kitchen, floor replacement possibly required to kitchen and maybe laundry, wall linings in laundry and floor tiles in kitchen and laundry. This is a result of gradual damage form a leaking washing machine tap in the wall. A number of other small jobs also: repair cupboard door to laundry tub, seismically restrain hot water cylinder, fix small door to under the house, replacing damaged shower head.
