Relign Front Gates + new post

Our front gates need some work to ensure they close properly 1 side main post is cracked and probably needs replacing. Gates hinges need looking at and then gates need aligning up so level and will close all of the time. Possible some work on the gates too as they swell up in the wet weather, making closing very difficult

Chimmney leaking + re gib required + pergola required

Chimmney is leaking along inside of wall. Leak needs to be fixed (chimmney is not in use) Re gibbing will be required as the gib has broken due to water. also require a small conservatory / pergola outside ranchslider to cover existing deck.

Bathroom renovation

We currently have a separate bathroom/toilet that we are wanting to combine into one room and modernise. We need a wall removed, a door blocked off and a complete re-fit of the bathroom fittings (shower over bath, vanity, toilet) and fixtures, including tiling, new aqua-line gib, lighting and plumbing, which will need to be moved. Window and wall lining

Downstair room requires two things. Current window to be replaced with Window that opens and closes. Concrete wall needs wall lining. I can provide photos, or welcome to call me to come over and take a look after working hours from 4:30pm - 7pm Monday - Friday or Saturday morning from 9am - 11pm. We are looking to get this job done by Mid February.

Small 3x3 pine deck

We have a small 3x3 square deck extension required to our existing deck. It is very low level and very simple - it's basically and extension to where a current step exists from our existing deck. Required in pine, no step as it's low enough to the existing ground. One side butts up against an existing steel fence line. Would want the same premium grade pine that the existing deck is constructed of. And by the way we would love to get this done in the next week or 2!?

Builder Required

Builder required for work on residential rental ptys. I have numerous rental ptys and have ongoing work for a local Sth Auckland builder. Work includes internal maintenance to windows, doors etc, replacing showers/leak problems and floors and also exterior weatherboard/deck and fence work and all other areas of pty maintenance. I'm not interested in a company with lots of builders, a small one man band or semi retired builder will suit this job which will provide regular work.

New door frame and install

I have 2 sets of bifold doors, which i need to install to divide up a large room. The area i am trying to install in, is 358cm wide and the height 230cm. My doors are 200cm high and all 4 doors around about 255cm wide. To fill up the rest of the space, some glass/leadlite for the sides and top would be ideal.

There are three very large beams running the length of the house and they extend outside at each end. They have started to rot so they need to be repaired in some way.

Gutter and fascia repair

The corner of the roof of the house overhangs the driveway, and a large truck caught the guttering and the fascia, breaking them by about a metre in both directions. As well, there is minor damage to the underpanelling between the fascia and the wall of the house. I need quotes to repair but not paint. This is not an insurance job.

Locate leak and replace floorboards

Water leaking into lounge from vicinity of ranch slider. Particle board wet for about half a metre into lounge. Floor has collapsed in one place as well. Fixed with silicone glue a couple of years ago and have just discovered its been leaking again.
