Builder required for work on residential rental ptys. I have numerous rental ptys and have ongoing work for a local Sth Auckland builder. Work includes internal maintenance to windows, doors etc, replacing showers/leak problems and floors and also exterior weatherboard/deck and fence work and all other areas of pty maintenance. I'm not interested in a company with lots of builders, a small one man band or semi retired builder will suit this job which will provide regular work.

Kiel has done a lot of work on a lot of different ptys for me, he has always been there when he said he would and i've not had any problems.
