Window frames checked and replaced

I have an 1963 timber weather board weatherboard. I've been stripping and repainting the sills recently, and discovered 1 cracked window frame, and 2 or 3 frames I think have early stages of rot. That is the timber should be hardwood, but appears in parts to be quite a bit softer than pine, and discolored. I would like to get all the frames in the house checked and quotes for repair or replacement as appropriate.

The current steel railing around this concrete deck has failed. It does not appear to be in a condition to be repaired. WE PRESUME THE ONLY OTHER WAY TO REPLACE THIS IS WITH A TIMBER RAILING. size 1200 x 4500mm approx. Relocating laundry from upper level to under house.

A plumber and a builder. We have a preference to deal with someone who can provide both services (ie someone who will manage one of them as a subcontractor, or who has both skills). We need to relocate our laundry under the house so that we can turn the existing laundry into the new baby's room. We need to relocate the hot water cylinder and build a laundry down stairs. Anyone here done this before? No structural change involved.

Partical re roof, flashing replacement, floorboards replaced

Two jobs ideal if we could get the same contractor we have a part reroof to be done and new jib (?) from the inside. Because of the water leaking from the roof we have had to take that part out, it has also damaged the floorboards underneath and we now have a hole in our small corridor. We also need a flashing put in the another section of the roof. I think it would be best for those interested to come and have a look at the jobs that need doing. Thanks

I want 2 simple decks constructed (leading off the Ranch-sliders/ Patio doors) at ground floor level - say a foot off the ground. Therefore no permissions required and no railing required - perhaps a single step up to the deck from the garden for each deck. No need for deep piles etc. Total area is 19.8 sq mtrs. A quote only at this stage on a pergola style roof (picture #3) over a large deck followed with PVC corrugated roofing on top of that. The deck is L shaped (picture #1) and measurements are approx 6.8 x 4.2 on one side and 7.2 x 3.2 on the other.
