Wanting to build a minor dwelling approximately 9m x 6m for use as an art studio. Stand alone. Concrete foundation. It will have a small, basic kitchenette and bathroom (really for re-sale value only). The balance of the space will be entirely one room. Exterior cladding will be textured (same as main dwelling). I need someone to take the entire job on (foundation, electrical, plumbing etc.). Ideally, someone with a good knowledge of Manukau City Council regulations would be good, as we have considerations, such as the size of the bio-cycle field to deal with (semi-rural property - Alfriston). Also looking for a good draughtsman from within the area.
