Water dripping down from laundry sliding-door frame

Not sure if it's condensation or water coming through the roof or maybe even from the upstairs bathroom plumbing. Rental property in Pakuranga, near Westfield Shopping Mall. This needs sorting asap, but am planning on changing bath and a few other things in a few months' time, too, so maybe you can quote separately for that with a view to doing at a later stage. Thanks.

Drainlayer/Builder? to remedy water seepage problem

Water seeps from outside through one side of my house and into my storeroom when it rains. It appears to be coming through where the floor and the wall join, but I'm not sure. The section slopes down from the road towards the house. I need a quote to have this fixed urgently, please.

A nice easy deck job!

As it gets great afternoon sun and views we would love to use this area more. Want one step down from current deck so it is at 1 metre or less off ground so no permission needed. Simple, but with steps and seating around one or two sides. Want bargeboards around sides so can't see under deck. Extension will be about 5m x 3m.Current steps will need removing and railings.

Cupboard Installation

Can someone please tell me how much to hang two heavyish cupboards in my garage/laundry area. They will need to find stud to hold the wait - maybe need to brace somehow, the cupboards are about 500x600x300mm each. Plus I would also like a dryer bracket installed in the same area.. I was quoted $500-600 to do this - but that was to build a hutch for the dryer as the guy didnt want to put it on the wall, or $100 for just the cupboards. But I really need to have them up on the wall...

Patch up dining area

FLOORING 1) - Wooden flooring - rimu. Renovating house, have a rimu floor in dining area but there are two patches that have chip board instead of tongue & groove. Rimu.
