Builder required to provide a quote for the following: Kitchen area: 1) Remove kitchen window 2) Gib part of kitchen 3) Install back door, jamb and hardware 4) Remove 2 x louvre windows 5) Install weatherboards where windows have been removed (we have these) 6) Gib over board in entrance (it's currently some sort of brown hardboard) 7) Re-align cavity slider and fit hardware Main bedroom: 1) Gib part of bedroom 2) Remove exterior door 3) Install window (this will either be full length or the one removed from the kitchen) 4) Repair/replace floorboards Lounge: 1) Run skirting around fireplace 2) Fit hardware for french doors Deck area: 1) Install panels to close in overhead 2) Remove step from extenal door (this is where a window will be placed) 3) Finish off very small area of decking Misc: 1) Install 4 x internal doors and hardware 2) Re-align exterior gate 3) Repair gate separating back yard from front Note: we would expect the builder to supply all materials other than what we have on site.
