Kitchen extension. Approx 10m2. New kitchen (4.5m x 2.2M) and conversion of old kitchen into dining/living area (existing kitchen area approx 12m2). Entire area to be retiled and painted. Will need plumbing, drainage and gas. Possibly need to install sky light. Electrical is sorted. Enterance way to be realigned.
