Decking

DECKING 1) - Kwila- not sure if current deck is kwila or pine but want same for extension - Want to extend L shape deck into square. Want one step down from current deck so it is at 1 metre or less off ground so no permission needed. Simple, but with steps and seating around one or two sides. Want bargeboards around sides so can't see under deck. Extension will be about 5m x 3m.Current steps will need removing and railings.
