Not sure if it's condensation or water coming through the roof or maybe even from the upstairs bathroom plumbing. Rental property in Pakuranga, near Westfield Shopping Mall. This needs sorting asap, but am planning on changing bath and a few other things in a few months' time, too, so maybe you can quote separately for that with a view to doing at a later stage. Thanks.
