Hi, I want to build a minor unit, 60 square meters, at the back of my property. I have been to Manukau Council and they have said that I should have no problems to fit one at the back, they have also advised me about the total fees I need to pay. I would like estimated price quotes on how much it would cost to build 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet. thanks
