We want to convert a commercial ground floor space in an existing town house into a bedroom, bathroom living room. We also would like to add a kitchenette to the basement area. Additionally, we need an existing stairway from the basement to the commercial space to be slightly changed. We need drawings for building consent. Once we got building consent we need tradies to do the necessary work - ie builder, plumber, electrician, gib stopper, painter, tilers etc.

Will require plans drawn to submit to the Waimakariri district council for a double concrete block garage. - replacing existing one. Will be using the ... blocks ,( usually called 400) Walls 2.4m high. Present garage size 7.7 x 6.1 but will go with what fits block size best. eg 6x7.2 ? One side of garage will be 600mm from boundary so blocks etc fire rated. Double garage door, side door & 1 window. Colour steel roof, and guttering. Have engineering firm 'on board'.
