Reef Architectural Design Ltd can help you with all your design requirements big or small new builds or renovations from concepts to final working drawings and all documentation required for building consent lodge meant to council including Resource consents if needed. We work closely with clients to ensure they get the results they want, provide the necessary consultants like engineers planners, etc.
As I have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying an have project managed jobs in the past and get asked regularly if I can recommend a builder.
For this reason I have teamed up with builders who can do all aspects of construction from small maintenance work to medium to large building and construction work.

Client Needed a COA for his dwelling that was moved on 20 odd years ago and never got a Code Compliance Certificate. We had to redraw the whole property and engage an engineer to get the final COA once we got COA approved my client was able to sell with no problems.
