Reef Architectural Design Ltd can help you with all your design requirements big or small new builds or renovations from concepts to final working drawings and all documentation required for building consent lodge meant to council including Resource consents if needed. We work closely with clients to ensure they get the results they want, provide the necessary consultants like engineers planners, etc.
As I have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Architectural papers and have project managed jobs in the past and get asked regularly if I can recommend a builder.
For this reason I have teamed up with builders who can do all aspects of construction from small maintenance work to medium to large building and construction work.

We really enjoyed working with Brent throughout our project. It was for a new deck extension. Brent helped facilitate all communication & documentation with Council and involved other contractors as required for Engineering etc. Brent also has contacts that can support you and your project all the way from Design through to actual build and project management through to consenting. Reef Architectural Design were tasked with drawing the plans for my home. Brent worked with myself and my building company Downright Construction over an extended period of time. He was always available to discuss and adapt the design as the project proressed, at times under pressure and to the unexpected changes that arose. Reef Architecture produced a design that was tailored to the shape and contours of the land and the finished product has been admired by those who have veiwed the house as being fitting to the site and the surrounding environment.
