Sleepout to be re-drawn for new consent
Job description
Hi, I'm needing drawings for a current sleepout in existence that we want to turn into a rentable dwelling. We need new drawings so that we can get a building consent for a fire and soundproof wall that needs to be built. I have a fire engineer and a planning consultant but need someone to draw up the plans.

Brent's work has been excellent and his advice during the long process with other tradies and the council has been invaluable. He is easy to work with and responds quickly to emails and text messages. I am very happy with his workmanship and would happily recommend him. He was accurate in his estimates regarding the cost of the work and it has worked out to be less than I thought it would be.
