Incredibly disappointed with Brian. I had to chase him to see if he wanted the job (an early sign). We arranged 12 noon, 14th Jan. By 2 p.m. when he hadn't appeared I called him. He'd forgotten and was out fishing. He promised to be here 12 noon the next day. 12 noon - no Brian. 1 p.m. no Brian - 1.45 I called him. He said one of his team had called at the house, rung the bell and no-one answered. Interesting cos we were sitting waiting. It turns out he hadn't given the guy our address!

I finally reached him by phone on --- . After a brief conversation and him reviewing the job/photos, he recommended replacing the unit and asked me to send the model details, which I did on --- . Since then, I've had no reply, despite a follow-up text on --- .
