Over a year ago Luke was to work on my kitchen after it had been installed by another company. He said he would organise his electrician, his floorer and his tiler. Sadly the electrician drilled two holes (one the size of a fist) right through to the outside wall. Luke said he would fix it but unfortunately he has 'bogged it up' with soft stuff that is slowly turing black. My lino has also lifted, my grout has cracked and my carpet has started to fray.
