I'd give 6 stars if I could. Prompt, efficient, good rates, very professional, freindly, excellent service all round. I cant say enough good things about Bruno and Nelly. The Saturday morning after Waitangi Day our 94 year old neighbour called saying she had no hot water flow. Calling her regular plumber we got a 'long weekend out of hours' notice, call back on Monday at 7.30 am. Damn! Anxiety levels through the roof we now have to find a reputable plumber. Thank God we called Bruno and Nelly. They arrived 2 hrs later from another job and had the repairs completed before lunchtime. Guys, thank you for your service. Thank you for the caring and stress free manner in which you supported our elderly neighbour. Thank you for your competitive charge out rates. Grazie mille Bruno and Nelly, sei un campions. Experienced, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Affordable - Just Nice people!!! A few words to describe Bruno and Nelly!! Our gully trap was blocked...so everything coming out of it which meant we couldn't use our toilet, shower, etc and with two elderly parents...this had to be sorted quickly....and of course it happens on a Saturday night! I needed to find a plumber to come on a Sunday...read reviews on some plumbers but Bruno's reviews stood out. Best decision we made. The issue couldn't be fixed that day but they did everything they could to sort it...our house is old so there was no manhole or another access point to try and clear the blockage - we needed plans to find the pipes. We did go through Watercare too, who did come and flush the pipes but when this didn't work, they eventually told us we needed to fix the issue! They were able to mark where the pipe was, so we contacted Bruno straight away. Even though it was through Xmas and new year period..he fit us in and put a new access pipe in, to unblock the pipe. He has just been so easy to communicate with through this whole process and nothing was ever a problem...always trying to find solutions and give us options to make it more affordable for us.
