Ilya N.
Legendary service, excellent communication, and quick to arrange a site visit. The quote turnaround was fast, and they were more than happy to answer questions during the quoting stage, unlike others who simply disappeared. They were very accommodating with scheduling and went above and beyond to ensure everything was compliant and safe to use. The workmanship was tidy, with great attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend Louis and the team! Thank you. We're certainly enjoying our new gas fireplace.

An Awesome Team Highly recommended. What I thought was a simple sewer blockage turned into a much larger job. Louis and his team persevered and didn’t walk away when things became difficult. Communication was excellent throughout, with fast responses by phone and text and regular updates. They were professional, friendly, and great to have on site. They also took the time to show and explain the problem, so I understood exactly what was happening. Most impressive was their determination to see the job through to completion. Reply: Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Sanjay! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re so pleased that Louis and the team could help see the job through, even when it turned out to be much more complex than expected. Keeping our customers informed every step of the way is something we pride ourselves on, so it’s great to hear our communication made a difference. Thank you for your trust and recommendation—it was a pleasure working with you, and we’re always here if you need us again. 😊🔧
