Trash workmanship. I ended up getting in another plumbing company to fix this incompetent cowboys work! Doesn’t even deserve 1-star more like a Zero!!…. To the response below … your so called plumber KONOR returned twice to check his own dodgy work even after both visits the same problem still existed! we then sent numerous texts demanding a different plumber to come around to check the work which were completely ignored! We finally had to call in a legitimate real plumbing company named Ross’s plumbing to fix your mess & advised us ..that your incompetent plumber used the wrong part and the shocking workmanship was that of a person who had no idea of what they were doing!! Why would I insist on using incorrect parts to fix our toilet! Seriously Beware of this very shady outfit!! Reply: Hi Dean, For clarity, this work was completed on 7th of August When you later advised of a leak, we returned to site to assess and address the issue. As explained at the time, the leak was related to the use of parts you insisted on using despite our plumber clearly advising they were not suitable and could lead to failure. We acted in good faith by returning to site and providing professional assistance. However, Plumb-D Tec cannot accept responsibility for ongoing issues resulting from customer-directed materials used against professional recommendation.
