Hi, I am a kiwi architectural designer with 8 years experience in New Zealand and overseas; specialising in CAD drafting architectural concepts, interior works and consulting for renovation advice and interior advice. I direct an Architectural Visualisation company producing photo realistic images/fly-through for home owners and developers to make decisions on materials and marketing of projects/developments. We have done a number of a-list developments. I also draft conceptual drawings and 3D visuals at a set fee for home owners and developers saving $$$ as I am not charging architect prices.
