Kevin has been very kind and patient with us. This is our first time working on this kind of home project and we had many questions. Kevin was super responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process. He took the time to consult with the Council by phone before moving forward with the formal application. He tried his best to keep our cost as low as possible, which is greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Kevin!!!
