Hi there,
With 15 years hands-on experience in the building, design and construction documentation industry, I have a sound knowledge of the processes involved to develop your project through the concept, design, costing, resource and building consent phases, right through to construction.
RAD is an abbreviation for Research Architecture Design and implies a European-inspired approach to architecture as a holistic understanding of space, function and building technologies.
We are a design-driven practice focused on providing unique and functional design solutions, and believe a wider perspective is fundamental to ensure the right result.
We specialise in residential architecture, including new builds, renovations, subdivisions and townhouse developments and use the latest design and presentation software that generates high quality design solutions in real time. This enables us to present a clear picture of a proposed design at every step of the project.
We run a small personable team that works with trusted consultants and builders to provide engineering services and costing when required. This ensures every project we embark on is a clear and collaborative process.
