Add Value Renovations is an Auckland design-and-build renovation company, renovating Auckland homes since 2014 with more than 500 completed renovation projects. We specialise in home extensions and whole-home renovations, with bathrooms, kitchens and recladding alongside. Our architectural designer, quantity surveyor and Registered Master Builder team manage design, consent coordination and construction under one contract, with QS-led pricing agreed before you commit. Every residential contract of $30,000 or more is covered by the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee. Registered Master Builders House of the Year Regional Gold winner in 2025 and 2026. Simon came onsite to provide advice on insurance payout straight away, and subsequently provided a detailed quote/SOW that insurance settled on (despite being higher than their initial settlement offer). Simon & his team then came out and performed the work to a high standard, on budget and on schedule. His team kept us very informed of any work plans, timing and also offered great advice on any decisions we had to make. We were very happy with their service & will definitely use them again!

Add Value Renovation did not complete the job to my expectation. Their communication was poor. Their quality of work was poor, particularly their painting. They had to repaint all the kitchen cabinetry and this delayed the completion of the job by one month. The end result was good but it was a very stressful experience overall. I wouldn't use Add Value Renovation again.
