Insurance quote comparison and additional renovation works
Job description
Hi, we are after quotes- Firstly a quote to reinstate our flood damaged basement (flood decontamination now complete) so that we can compare against settlement offered from insurer to see if reasonable. Secondly, instead of restoring back to the way it was we would like to renovate by moving a couple of walls and changing direction of stairs. So would like to get an estimate of cost, timeframe and availability.

Simon came onsite to provide advice on insurance payout straight away, and subsequently provided a detailed quote/SOW that insurance settled on (despite being higher than their initial settlement offer). Simon & his team then came out and performed the work to a high standard, on budget and on schedule. His team kept us very informed of any work plans, timing and also offered great advice on any decisions we had to make. We were very happy with their service & will definitely use them again!
