My name is Paul Pinson, I am the Director of the business. We have recently relocated to Waikato due to the birth of our first grandchild, after living in many locations in the North and South Island.
Paradise Plans Ltd has now been going for over 20 years. We Design New homes and specialize in renovations.
I enjoy being able to open clients' eyes to the potential of their new project. Through 3D imaging, and walkthrough technology, on my screens or on their own computer they see their vision coming to life as it will be once built.
This process gives them confidence to make the changes as they preview the end result.

Luxury Home Lake Hawea, Wanaka

This was a tricky brief as the clients wanted a larger entrance then the existing, as this was very small and looked like a back door entrance (See second image) in the end it was very satisfying to open this up and include the clients ideas as they liked the chunky rustic wood look with exposed steel bolts. finished Pictures will be uploaded shortly
