About

---

LT Design & Drafting is an architectural design and drafting business based in the Taupō area, working across Taupō, Rotorua and the wider central North Island.

I started drafting under an experienced architectural designer when I was 16. Around 10 years later, I now run my own architectural design business and am a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design 1).

Over that time I’ve worked on a wide range of residential projects including renovations, alterations, additions, garages, sleepouts, new homes and other small to medium-sized building projects.

My approach is straightforward — I take the time to understand what you’re wanting to achieve, work through the practical options with you, and produce clear, detailed drawings suitable for pricing, construction and building consent.

I’m happy to work directly with homeowners or alongside builders, engineers, surveyors and other consultants where required, and can help guide a project from the initial idea through to council submission.

Whether you’re planning a small alteration or a larger residential project, I’m always happy to have a chat about your ideas and work out the best way forward.
