Year: 2012 / Stage: Concept Modern residential design for a start-up design company in Wellington. The placement of minimalist and natural-toned materials emphasises the minimal clean lines of this design.

Year: 2012 / Stage: Concept Concept design for modern 2 bedroom home of indiscrete location. Natural, durable materials expressed in strong minimalist form for a modern domestic dwelling.
Dawnhaven Drive Development
Year: 2020 / Stage: Resource Consent approved 2 x high-end standalone unit development and renovation of existing building on-site in the leafy suburb of Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. Modest budget with return on investment results for the Client with the sale of the developments going over 30% than the initial sale price.
Blockhouse Bay Development
Year: 2021 (ongoing) / Stage: Construction (stage 1, lot 1 and 2) High end residential development of 4 x standalone units located in Blockhouse Bay Road, Blockhouse Bay Auckland.
Kawau Island House
Year: 2021 / Stage: Concept A concept for a home for leisure and retirement located in Kawau Island, Auckland. The Client required a home for him and his partner, along with a secondary dwelling for guest and family visiting them on their island retreat, The expansive North facing deck is envisioned for entertaining and late night gazing at the stars, and dramatic sunsets.
Bach Brothers
Year: 2014 / Stage: Concept Concept design and visualisation/renders for a construction start-up looking into off-site manufacture of transportable "baches" made from re-claimed shipping containers.
