I have had an exciting career in the building and construction industry for over 35yrs in both residential and comercial sectors.
As a senior Builder I have these current qualifications.
LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner)
CBANZ (Certified Builder of New Zealand)
AMBOINZ (Accredited Member of the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand)
I am an independent Property Surveyor and provide detailed reports, these provide you with information to help you make an informed decision when purchasing or selling a property.
