New Business. Been in construction game for 25 years. Just going out on my own. Have an LBP in Carpentry, Qualified Builder and also Building Surveyor. Worked as a Building Officier in Residential and Commercial with local councils for 10 years. Have spent a about 4 years as a Project Manager in residential housing and working with EQC. Have built just about everything from small renos and landscaping to large commercial buildings. I can offer a professional service with competitive rates. I can help with design and compliance ideas to make the process less stressful as i avoid the normal hangups.

Matt had excellent knowledge and advice that he gave to me regarding the best solution to the job. If I had the funds to pay for suggested solution I would definitely have employed Matt to do the job. Unfortunately I had to go with an alternative cheaper option which I understand is not ideal long term but it was all I could afford. Thanks for the advice.
