We have a conditional offer accepted on a 3 bedroom house in Papanui. We are looking for an experienced professional to provide an objective report about the house. We know it has some issues. We're looking to have an updated report to help us make our decision regrading purchasing the home. The inspection must be able to be completed on Monday morning 17 June with the report provided by Tuesday morning 18 June at the latest. Thank you.

Richard completed a building inspection of a potential house we were going to buy the very next day after enquiring. Glad we did...we didn't end up buying the house as a result of what was found in the inspection.
