We had some scheduling issues which seemed unavoidable. We had a complex job on our hands which slowed proceedings down, as did staff illness. All understandable. Eileen was pretty good at keeping us in the loop and our job was brought forward a day which suited us much better. The installers were lovely. Our home is much drier and our feet much warmer. We are so glad the job has been completed. Thanks team!

Jamie & Aileen were great from start to end of our ceiling insulation upgrade process. The quote was prompt & once we made the decision to go with them a date was set & this was kept. During the installation there was a worry that I had not supplied enough product but the communication & options were clearly spelt out. In the end the product supplied was more than enough & the invoiced amount was reduced from the original quote to reflect that. Compliance certificate received, very happy!
